Recently we had our kitchen remodeled and we wanted to share our experience with our cabinet designer, Jeff Waggoner. We have built a few houses over the years but have never done a kitchen remodel. This was new territory for us and we were nervous about working with a designer who was not on sight. Jeff was easy to contact, very responsive, and incredibly helpful. We could not be more happy with how our cabinets turned out. It was a pleasure working with him and we would not hesitate to work with him again!

I wanted to drop you a quick note since we have been working with Jeff and our contractor since early this year. Due to some delays with our contractor, we have finally had most of the final pieces inserted this week and I was comfortable having some pictures and a video of the job that we had completed with Jeff. My wife wanted this kitchen to be perfect and it was her “dream kitchen” that we were designing. She was checking every possibility for cabinets and people to work with in order to design this kitchen, she was put at ease once we received drawings and the constant time that Jeff put into things to make sure the design was what she wanted… he listed to the smallest of detail requests that she had and was able to make it happen. His job didn’t stop there, but when we had issues with some of the cabinets being shipped and weren’t to order, he was quick to be on the phone and processing the warranty and replacement requests for us to be able to complete our kitchen. He even answered questions of our contractor that may not have been experienced at installing custom cabinetry and was inquiring as to items that were shipped and their locations. However as you can hopefully see in the pictures and the video, this kitchen is unbelievable (Please ignore the dishes and it not being the most clean)…however without Jeff we wouldn’t have had this. I just wanted to drop you this note so you can know what a prize you have in Jeff and see the awesome design that he completed. I have also enclosed a picture of the kitchen prior to this “redesign”. I wanted to report that Jeff completed the design for my kitchen remodel. He was a dream to work with on the project. Jeff had excellent ideas and information to aid in the decisions for the renovation. The entire process was a joy!!!

I wanted to share what an amazing experience I have had working with Jeff Waggoner on my entire house. You should really take a look at his designs that he came up with for my new home build. I’m guessing you hear this a lot, but he is extremely talented, professional, and genuinely a nice guy. I feel that he has gone above and beyond what most cabinet designers would do in regards to the pride he takes in his work and the time and effort that he puts forth. You would almost think that he is doing it for his own home and not someone else’s. He is truly a gem and anyone to have him on their staff or in their life is truly fortunate! My husband is a builder and we recently built our dream home. We designed our kitchen, butler pantry, mudroom, bathrooms, coffee bar, walk in closet and wet bar with Jeff’s expertise. I can’t say enough about his unbelievable talent, work ethic, and he’s without a doubt, the BEST of the BEST! His response time was crazy fast and he has an incredible natural talent for customization and design. I enjoy interior design and Jeff helped me take it to the next level. He was patient, super encouraging and fun to work. He made the process so easy and helped me come up with the perfect layout for each individual space. I’m so fortunate to have found such amazing talent and someone who takes pride in his work! If you don’t use Jeff it will be your loss. By the way, this was all done long distance and he saved me thousands of dollar$. We are so happy in Bethesda MD in our new dream home. We can’t thank you enough Jeff! YOU ROCK! Jeff Waggoner, handled the design of my kitchen down to the smallest detail.  He spoke with me numerous times to make sure that I, and my contractor, were comfortable with the final order and details.  He even suggested adding trim that would enhance the kitchen and it did.  My little kitchen looks as grand as one three times its size!!

Aside from being extremely knowledgeable, Jeff is very nice and was always cheerful and ready to assist when I contacted him (which was a lot). My contractor said many times how much he liked working with Jeff, so much so that he said he’d like to work with him again.   Because Jeff was so accurate, my contractor had a very easy time of the install.

I can’t say enough good things about the experience

We have been working with Jeff Waggoner on a kitchen for our condo renovation in Naples and he is simply the best! We worked with him initially 4 years ago when building a house in Naples and as he was the kitchen guy in Ft Myers. He helped us extensively put together a super cool plan for the kitchen in that house and was on top of every detail. So when we went back to the drawing board with a condo (sold the house!) he was our immediate first choice. I told him that he needs to give a lesson in communication skills to all the other people we work with (electricians, contractors, plumbers!) and teach them how to be so reliable and responsive because literally, Jeff gets back to us within an hour whenever we need something or have a question. Truly astounding.

I would like you to know how wonderfully easy Mr. Jeff Waggoner was to work with.  We recently remodeled our kitchen and I had some concerns about working remotely.  Jeff was not only prompt and easy to contact, but very friendly with a great sense of humor and made our kitchen cabinet design go very smoothly.  We had a few pieces that were damaged in shipping and Jeff handled everything for us seamlessly.  He sure made our life easier.

Just wanted to let you know how much Jeff Waggoner helped us with our kitchen renovation. We waited 21 years to get this done, so we were very particular as to what we wanted. It is also a small kitchen, which is very challenging. He was wonderful every step of the way! Our wine holder is the envy of the neighborhood, which was his idea. Everyone who comes into the house, even for a few seconds, comments on the kitchen. I will send before, during and after pictures in a separate mail.
